Year 7 Pantomime Trip

Students from The Skipton Academy immersed themselves into a cultural experience by going to a performance of Cinderella.

As a celebration of their first term at The Skipton Academy, a group of year 7 students attended Bradford's Alhambra Theatre to watch Cinderella. This immersive experience provided entertainment and a unique cultural exploration as students witnessed the beloved classic Cinderella unfold on the grand stage in a lively pantomime. The theatre visit aimed to stimulate creativity, foster a love for the arts, and instil a sense of wonder. As young minds delved into the magic of storytelling and performance, the visit also allowed students to reflect on their successes during their first term at TSA. All of the students conducted themselves impeccably and thoroughly enjoyed the festive experience. One Year 7 student described it as magical, while another commented on the humour-they all enjoyed the typical pantomime-style jokes!
