Skipton Academy Students Shine in Cross-Country Competition

The Skipton Academy Cross Country team took part in a competition at Giggleswick School. The competition saw over 400 participants from all across the country and was an opportunity for the Skipton Academy team to test their mettle against the best runners in the region.

The competition was fierce, with students of all ages vying for the top spot. It was a long and difficult race, but the Skipton students showed their strength and determination, with two of them achieving notable successes.

Harry Driver came in 10th place, and Milly Charlton finished 13th. Both results were impressive and showed that Skipton students have what it takes to compete at the highest level.

The competition was a great opportunity for the Skipton students to showcase their skills and dedication. It was also an important reminder of the importance of physical activity and the need for young people to get involved in sporting activities.
