The Skipton Academy community, and wider population, is invited to take part in an exciting and colourful celebration this summer as The Skipton Academy Parent Teacher Association (PTA) hosts its much-anticipated return of the Skipton Colour Run.

Taking place on Saturday 20 June at The Skipton Academy, the event promises a lively, family-friendly atmosphere where participants of all ages can run, jog, or walk the course while being showered in vibrant, coloured powders.

Organised by the PTA, the Colour Run aims to bring together students, families, and the wider community for a fun-filled day while raising valuable funds to support school initiatives and enhance opportunities for students.

“We’re thrilled to be hosting the Skipton Colour Run this year,” said a PTA spokesperson. “It’s a fantastic way to encourage community spirit, get active, and enjoy a memorable day out with family and friends, all while supporting the local community.”
