Choosing the right secondary school is an important decision, and we are delighted to invite prospective students and their families to discover what life at The Skipton Academy is all about through our upcoming Open Evening and Open Door Tours.

Open Evening

Our Open Evening will take place on Wednesday 30th September from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.

Visitors are welcome to arrive from 4:45pm, with presentations from the Principal taking place at 5:00pm and 6:00pm. School tours will begin from 5:30pm, providing an opportunity to explore our facilities, meet staff and students, and learn more about the wide range of opportunities available at The Skipton Academy.

This is the perfect chance to experience our friendly school community and find out how we support every student to achieve their potential.

Open Door Tours

For families who would like to see the academy during a normal school day, we are also offering a series of Open Door Tours. These visits provide a valuable insight into daily life at The Skipton Academy, allowing visitors to see lessons in progress and experience the learning environment first-hand.

Open Door Tours will take place on:

• Tuesday 29th September
• Wednesday 30th September
• Thursday 1st October

Important Booking Information

Please note that booking is not required and is not available for the Open Evening. Families can simply attend on the evening.
