Transition Launch

We understand that the transition process from primary to secondary school can be an exciting yet daunting time for both parents and students. Many of you were able to join our virtual ‘Introduction to TSA’ meeting on the 21^st March, which outlined the transition process and gave everyone the opportunity to ask initial questions about this process. If you were unable to attend the session, we have shared the recording below for you.

Below is an overview of key dates for your diary, as well as a transition booklet, a welcome from our students and some further information about our bushcraft days.

TSA Transition: key dates:

• Thursday 21^st March 2024: TSA Welcome Evening on Teams.
• Tuesday 25^th June 2024: small group transition for students identified by primary schools as needing additional support
• Wednesday 26^th June 2024: Y6-7 Transition Day 1 (3 forms to participate in Bushcraft Day, 3 forms to participate in a TSA taster day)
• Wednesday 26^th June 2024: Y6-7 Transition Evening for parents, carers and students
• Thursday 27^th June 2024: Y6-7 Transition Day 2 (3 forms to participate in Bushcraft Day, 3 forms to participate in a TSA taster day)
